Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Visa.seniworld.com. Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using www.visa.seniworld.com.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing this website, submitting your application(s) and/or any related document(s), or using any services offered on visa.seniworld.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the site and its services immediately.
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the website in any way that could harm its performance, compromise its content, or negatively affect its overall functionality.
You also agree not to compromise the website’s security or attempt to access restricted areas or sensitive data without authorization.
You accept full responsibility for any claims, expenses, liabilities, losses, or legal costs incurred by us as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you.
MODIFICATION
Visa.seniworld.com reserves the right to modify any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice or liability for any resulting consequences. Continued use of the website following any changes will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms. Therefore, we recommend that users review this page regularly to stay informed of any modifications.
VOCABULARY & DEFINITIONS
- Date format: dd/mm/yyyy (for example, 15/08/1988)
- Time zone: Vietnam Standard Time (GMT +7)
- Working days: Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
- Working hours: From 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM on working days
Visa Types
- Single Entry: Allows the passport holder to enter and exit Vietnam once during the validity period specified on the visa or visa approval letter (e.g., 1, 3, or 6 months).
- Multiple Entry: Allows the passport holder to enter and exit Vietnam multiple times during the validity period specified on the visa or visa approval letter (e.g., 1, 3, or 6 months).
Note: "Multiple" refers to multiple entries, not multiple applicants.
PROCESSING TIME AND SERVICE COMPLETION
The processing time for obtaining a Vietnam visa approval letter through Visa.seniworld.com is based on the timelines provided by the Vietnam Immigration Department.
Under normal conditions, processing takes:
- 5–7 working days for standard service,
- 3/2/1 working day(s) for urgent service,
- 5 hours / 2 hours / 1 hour for super urgent or last-minute service.
Please note: The stated processing time begins only after we have received your full payment and all required documents, including a copy of your passport, a passport-style photo, and flight details, not from the time you submit the online application form.
In special cases, additional documents may be requested, and processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email should this occur.
Our service is considered completed once the visa approval letter has been successfully sent to the email address you provided during the application process.
- It is your responsibility to inform us immediately if you do not receive the approval letter.
- If you fail to notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, the service will be considered completed, and no further claims will be accepted.
- We are not liable for issues resulting from incorrect email addresses provided by applicants or failure to check and inform us of non-receipt.
Once delivery is confirmed, all personal information and application data will be automatically deleted from our system. Visa.seniworld.com is not responsible for any data loss or privacy-related claims following the completion of service.
NOTE:
Although standard processing typically takes 5–7 working days, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend applying at least 1–2 weeks before your intended travel date.
Applicants are responsible for checking the accuracy of all details on the approval letter.
- If errors are due to our mistake, we will re-issue the letter free of charge.
- If errors are from the applicant’s side (e.g., incorrect data submission), a new application must be submitted and paid in full.
- The reissuance process also takes 5–7 working days, so careful review before travel is essential
The visa approval letter may be issued in a group format, meaning your name, passport number, and date of birth may appear alongside other applicants.
- If you prefer a private approval letter, please send a request to visa@seniworld.com.
- Visa.seniworld.com is not responsible for any issues arising from group letters.
Upon arrival in Vietnam, proceed to the “Visa on Arrival” desk, “Landing Visa Counter”, or “Visa Issuing Office” to present your documents (approval letter, passport, completed form, and stamping fee) to receive your visa. We are not responsible for issues that arise if you attempt to pass through passport control without having the visa stamped.
After receiving the visa stamp in your passport, immediately verify all visa details (e.g., type, validity period, entry/exit dates).
- Report any errors to immigration officers on the spot for correction.
- We are not liable for consequences resulting from officer errors at the airport.
Visa stamping at the airport typically takes 15–20 minutes, but may take longer during peak arrival times. Delays in this process are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for any resulting inconveniences or losses.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The extra services will be delivered to you ONLY after the visa has been approved as per the regulations in Vietnam.
1. Approval Letter Amendment
Mistakes from the Immigration Dept. ONLY can be edited within 24 hours FREE of charge by:

If we do not receive any email for error correction from you within 24 hours from the time we send out the approval letter, Vietnam Immigration Department and Govietnamvisa.com will not be responsible for any failed applications, declined entries, visa fee losses, or other related problems.
The letter of approval will be valid from the entry date you provided on our order for the visa application form, not from the date you arrive in the country.
2. Mistakes from applicants must be paid again to get the new visa approval letter by contacting us via email or hotline as soon as possible.
For the Visa on Arrival, it applies to air travel only, so by applying for this visa through our website, you agree that you will fly to Vietnam in order to get your visa stamped. We will not refund in case you DO NOT enter Vietnam by air once your visa is approved.
All the fees will be refunded in case your application is declined.
DISCLAIMERS
- Visa.seniworld.com is not an official government website and is not affiliated with the Embassy or the Government of Vietnam.
- The Vietnam Immigration Department is the sole authority that can approve or reject your visa application. We do not guarantee 100% approval.
- Email confirmations or conversations with our team do not constitute valid travel documents. Only the official visa approval letter, signed and sealed by the Vietnam Immigration Department, is accepted for boarding and obtaining your visa on arrival.
- We do not guarantee that your visa is extendable or renewable.
- We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or cancellation of your flight, tour, or accommodation in the event your visa is declined or the approval letter is delayed. In such cases, we will refund the amount paid to us.
- We reserve the right to refuse any new visa applications or to cancel existing applications submitted through our website. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
- As with all visa types, Vietnamese border officers retain the right to deny entry without providing any explanation, even if you hold a valid e-visa or visa approval letter.
- Visa.seniworld.com shall not be held liable for any damages arising from denied entry at the port of entry.
