Cancellation & Refund
Visa.seniworld.com operates under a No-Refund Policy for all Vietnam visa applications once submitted. If you wish to cancel your visa request, please contact us immediately to avoid unnecessary costs.
NO REFUND will be issued in the following cases:
- Cancellation request received after your visa application has been submitted to the Vietnam Immigration Department.
- Visa is denied by immigration officers at Vietnam airports (for Visa on Arrival), or by embassy officials (for embassy-issued visas).
- Refusal to use the visa approval letter issued by Visa.seniworld.com for any reason.
- For extra services (e.g. Airport Fast Track, Car Pickup): If you change your flight or arrival date without informing us in advance or fail to show up for the arranged service.
PARTIAL REFUND applies only in the following cases:
- Before visa application is submitted to the Immigration Department:
➤ 30% of the total amount paid will be refunded. - If you are eligible for Vietnam visa exemption and decide not to proceed with your visa or extra services:
➤ 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded. - If the extra service (insurance, airport fast track , car service, etc.) has not yet been delivered and you request cancellation before your arrival date,
➤ We will offer a 30% refund of the service fee.
Please note that once you have received the Vietnam visa approval letter, a refund will no longer be valid.
CANCELLATION BY US:
In the unlikely event that such circumstances should arise we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of an alternative of equivalent quality or a full refund of all money paid. No additional compensation will be paid over and above the total sum received from you.
(*) There might be rare circumstances under which your visa application is declined; since this is the decision from the Immigration to approve the visa for each person or not (this progress are might include your personal information check whether you overstay with your visa in the past or Violation of the Vietnamese laws/regulations; crime, wanted in the home country or internationally; belong to the subjects prohibited or restricted from entering Vietnam according to the provisions of Vietnamese law; etc..., we will not be responsible for any loss, delay or cancellation of your flight ticket, tour or accommodation booking made for your trip to Vietnam. And we will not refund you the visa fee since this is the decision from the Immigration, and we have been charged the full amount by the Immigration (the immigration does not refund any amount once the application has been submitted, even if they denied/rejected your visa application)
We promises to provide the services (the Vietnam visa) as your request with the correct time public in our website (in 7 days, 3 days, 2 days, 1 day, 5 hours, 2 hours, 1 hour or last mintues service within 1 hour). However, the clients can enter Vietnam any time during the visa’s validity, so we don’t care about the time you enter Vietnam as it depends on each person.
It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required for your requested visa at the time of your intended departure. Visa.seniworld.com cannot be held responsible for any visa granted incorrectly or refused entry due to incorrect visa information and any losses incurred. Though every effort will be made on our part to correct any visa issues prior to departure, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied at the time of submission. We strongly recommend that you check your visa confirmation letter against your passport and personal information prior to departure. VISA INFORMATION MUST BE DOUBLE CHECKED CAREFULLY WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT to avoid THE MISTAKES from Vietnam Immigration Dept. or Applicants

The extra services will be delivered to you ONLY after the visa has been approved as per the regulations in Vietnam.
Approval Letter Amendment
Mistakes from the Immigration Dept. ONLY can be edited within 24 hours FREE of charge by:

If we do not receive any email for error correction from you within 24 hours from the time we send out the approval letter, Vietnam Immigration Department and Visa.seniword.com will not be responsible for any failed applications, declined entries, visa fee losses, or other related problems.
The letter of approval will be valid from the entry date you provided on our order for the visa application form, not from the date you arrive in the country.
Mistakes from applicants must be paid again to get the new visa approval letter by contacting us via email or hotline as soon as possible.
For the Visa on Arrival, it applies to air travel only, so by applying for this visa through our website, you agree that you will fly to Vietnam in order to get your visa stamped. We will not refund in case you DO NOT enter Vietnam by air once your visa is approved.
All the fees for extra services will be refunded in case your application is declined.
DISCLAIMERS
- Visa.seniworld.com is not an official government website and is not affiliated with the Embassy or the Government of Vietnam.
- The Vietnam Immigration Department is the sole authority that can approve or reject your visa application. We do not guarantee 100% approval.
- Email confirmations or conversations with our team do not constitute valid travel documents. Only the official visa approval letter, signed and sealed by the Vietnam Immigration Department, is accepted for boarding and obtaining your visa on arrival.
- We do not guarantee that your visa is extendable or renewable.
- We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or cancellation of your flight, tour, or accommodation in the event your visa is declined or the approval letter is delayed. In such cases, we will refund the amount paid to us.
- We reserve the right to refuse any new visa applications or to cancel existing applications submitted through our website. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
- As with all visa types, Vietnamese border officers retain the right to deny entry without providing any explanation, even if you hold a valid e-visa or visa approval letter.
- Visa.seniworld.com shall not be held liable for any damages arising from denied entry at the port of entry.
COMMUNICATIONS
By using this site and our services, you give visa.seniworld.com your permission to contact you via email or phone for all purposes, including the distribution of marketing and promotional materials.
CLAIMS
All disputes, claims, and litigation regarding the Services shall first be settled by way of discussion and mutual understanding. From case such negotiation and agreement might neglect, the disputes, claim, or litigation shall be finally resolved by the mediation of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of this Services.
