TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply for the booking of eVisa, airport transfer, fast track services, and other travel-related services provided by us as a travel agent. By making the payment you accept these terms and conditions. In these Terms & Conditions, the word “Customer” means the person who agrees to buy and/or any person on whose behalf you agree to purchase the eVisa, airport transfer, fast track and other travel services provided by us.
MODIFICATION
Visa.seniworld.com reserves the right to modify any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice or liability for any resulting consequences. Continued use of the website following any changes will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms. Therefore, we recommend that users review this page regularly to stay informed of any modifications.
VOCABULARY & DEFINITIONS
- Date format: dd/mm/yyyy – for example, 15/08/1988
- Time zone: Vietnam Standard Time (GMT +7)
- Working days: Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
- Working hours: From 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM on working days
- Visa Types:
- Single Entry: Allows the passport holder to enter and exit Vietnam once during the validity period specified on the visa or visa approval letter (e.g., 1, 3, or 6 months).
- Multiple Entry: Allows the passport holder to enter and exit Vietnam multiple times during the validity period specified on the visa or visa approval letter (e.g., 1, 3, or 6 months).
Note: "Multiple" refers to multiple entries, not multiple applicants.
PROCESSING TIME AND SERVICE COMPLETION
The processing time for obtaining a Vietnam visa approval letter through Visa.seniworld.com is based on the timelines provided by the Vietnam Immigration Department.
Under normal conditions, processing takes:
- 5–7 working days for standard service,
- 3/2/1 working day(s) for urgent service,
- 5 hours / 2 hours / 1 hour for super urgent or last-minute service.
Please note: The stated processing time begins only after we have received your full payment and all required documents, including a copy of your passport, a passport-style photo, and flight details — not from the time you submit the online application form.
In special cases, additional documents may be requested, and processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email should this occur.
PRICES
All rates shown on the website for eVisa, airport transfer, fast track services and other travel services are quoted in US dollars. We reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us, or you may cancel the booking which may result in cancellation fees. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the service date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
You agree to pay all applicable fees for services provided by Visa.seniworld.com.
Visa-related requirements and fees are subject to change at any time, including but not limited to application forms, supporting documentation, and processing charges — all without prior notice.
CONFIRMATION BY US
A confirmation email will be sent to the customer’s provided email address within 24 hours after the payment is successful.
Your reservation is considered completed once the confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided. You are required to notify us in writing (via email ……) if you do not receive the confirmation email within 2 days. If no notification is received, the service is understood to be confirmed.
We are not responsible for any delay or loss caused by incorrect email addresses provided by customers, failure of customers to notify us about not receiving the confirmation email, or in cases where the customer refuses to use the booked service.
